About Huskies Lacrosse
Who are we?
"Reno Huskies Lacrosse" is comprised of the JV and Varsity teams for girls and boys lacrosse at Reno High School.
Lacrosse is the fastest-growing sport in the country and is quickly gaining popularity in our region. High Sierra Huskies or "Reno Huskies Lacrosse" boasts one of the most successful boys' programs in Northern Nevada, making the regional playoffs every year since the team’s formation in 2006. Our boy's varsity team has placed among the top three teams in the League Championships 2013-2020, winning the League title in 2017 and 2019. Our hard work and success have led us to 3 State Championship finals, winning the Division II State Championship title in 2017.
Ladies have a pack of their own...
In 2011, we added a girl’s team to the program and it has become an important part of the High Sierra Huskies’. Each year, our girl's team has grown in numbers and skill, making it highly competitive within the League. Come join a supportive group of young people playing the fastest growing sport in the country. Under the direction of a dedicated and skilled coaching staff, the Reno Huskies boys' and girls' lacrosse teams expect to continue to grow and improve as a team to be a top program in our region.
